Disappointing After-Sales Service from Coricraft This review details a very negative experience with Coricraft's after-sales service in 2020. The Issue: In 2020, we purchased a leather couch and two armchairs from Coricraft. Unfortunately, upon delivery, we encountered several problems: The couch was the wrong color and damaged. One of the armchairs was also damaged. Replacement and Voucher: Coricraft initiated a replacement process and offered a 5% voucher on the total purchase price as a gesture of goodwill. We opted to hold onto the voucher for future use, and Coricraft assured us it would be stored in our account. Lost Voucher and Unresolved Issue: However, 18 months later, when we attempted to use the voucher, Coricraft could not locate it in our account. Despite providing the confirmation email, and visiting the Garden Route Mall store on multiple occasions, we received nothing but empty assurances and a complete lack of follow-up. Calls to Head Office was also not adhered to. Disappointed Customer: This experience is deeply concerning. Coricraft's initial mistake with the damaged furniture is understandable, but the subsequent mishandling of the voucher and the repeated disregard for our inquiries are unacceptable. Recommendation: We strongly advise potential Coricraft customers to be cautious of their after-sales service. Our experience highlights a lack of accountability and a disregard for customer satisfaction.
