Joch the service manager had no way how to speak to a customer there no such thing as his doing us favour that's what he tells me cause I told him off he treattened me he will make sure he drops my warranty cause I told him there's no such thing as favour when I paid my money,his saying his the manganer n ford will listen to him ,as a manager he has no customer service my van was there for 3 days just to do brakes then to hear that I mustn't complain cause his doing me a favour
was in hospital in January i had to pay cash and claim the money back for Sizwe its gone months now no reply to my emails when i call they say someone will contact me but no1 has ever since they are a waist of time company
my geyser bust i called the call centre and the guy told me 24/48 hour to get the team out there so i told him i cant wait so long with no water if i buy a new geyser will i be refunded or get a new 1 he said yes long as it still under warranty so i bought a new1 same make as the old paid cash cause i cant wait so long with no water now when im calling to get my money back or the geyser replaced they tell me i must go put my old 1 back and before they pay me back if i new i was going to be made a stupid i shud have never bought the same geyser heat tech just lied to me to buy the same geyser for they geyser cant last please guys dont buy heat tech cause they lie and cant keep up to they words
i have a taxi which got smashed the drivers licence expired last year which he applied for new card his driving with a temp licence which he got from licence office now that he meet an accident they don't want to pay saying his not licenced and i sent them the proof when he applied and is still waiting but my claim was rejected saying his not licenced and i must take it up with the licence office why so long he is waiting they cant pay for damages
my rent was due on the 1st and it fell on the weekend i called the landlord to say it never go out cause of the weekend but monday moring it will clear he didnt tell me to call the c agent Monday afternoon the agent sends a mail that if i don't pay late fees ill be handed over n black listed i explained to her what happened and its the 1st time this happened for 1 day late she charged me R700 they called me from wats up call and charging me for that so unprofessional keep phoning and treating me if i don't pay the 1 day late fee they handing me over to be black listed they cant give a brake nothing
very bad service was paying all this month just to find out that cause not that i have a problem with my machine they tell me that old age pc board 1st time in my life i heard that so why didn't outsurance tell me that when they insurance the machine and made me take extra covers for electric faults ,its all about taking the money and dont want to pay out claims
I bought a car from them when I left the car sales it picked up a fault same time took it back they said dnt worry will fix it the booked the car in for repair n wen the car was fixed nva pay for if when I called they said I MST pay and will refund me I have all this on mail bt up till today , I haven't got my money every time I call the manager says working on it but it's lies cause about 2 months to work on it that's lies
