WHAT A DISAPPOINTING and HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE I HAVE RECEIVED FROM ROCHESTER. EVERY PROCESS HAS BEEN A MESS! THEY DO NOT WANT TO REFUND MY MONEY!I WANT MY MONEY TODAY! OR COME GET YOUR COUCH!
The driver called once, when I called back the number did not go through. I went to the security to check if he left the parcel still there was nothing. The security advised that the driver never even spoke to them, never stopped. The driver sent us a photo with our food on the street. This is so unacceptable. He better return and bring our food because this is incompetency at its best. We can pull the video by our gate and show you and this will go viral. We want our food . we are hungry. You are so *********** and irresponsible. How can you tell me that the driver waited for 10 minutes then blame me for disappearance of my food? You are supposed to get the order back to then atleast charge me again for delivery. I hate dealing with these kind of irrational *********** people. You are so *********** and irresponsible. I have paid my deposit on the day of delivery, that was in April 2022. To date I have not received my deposit back. I've been told stories to go to the bank..why should I go to the bank while I did not pay in the bank. Such poor customer service is intolerable. It is almost September with no refund!
