I had a bad experience today at Barriers Meat Traders,,, I tried to talk to the manager but seemed to be not willing to assist,,,, what was advertised on the price list was not corresponding with what l was charged at the till,,,, so I tried to get an explanation he told me that l was given an old price list so the person responsible for that is the person who gave me the price list,,, I feel he could have done something better than that

X ray results
I delivered at Parklane in 2018 under birthing team the service super, l came back not feeling well after 11 days l was warmly welcomed. Certain tests were done on me through X-rays, so if you want those results done back in 2019 can the radiology department retrieve them, since the birthing team closed down. Keep it up Parklane

unpaid claim
l took a hospital plan with Clientele in 2018, l got admitted at the hospital after giving birth and doctors discovered l had pneuomia and it was not related to my delivery.I made a claim at clientele since l was paying for the hospital plan only to be stuck on the way with paperwork that was needed. Then l decided not to go ahead with the claim.In December 2020 l received a call from clientele informing me that my claim was incomplete so l explained my story and since it had been long maybe the doctor who attended to me might have left l was told not worry but just submit my id copy and hospital plan it would be enough for the claim.After submitting l was given an additional list,which was impossible to get because they were results of certain tests which were not done on me. Now my worry is l am in dilemna when it comes to taking policies with clientele.

Vehicle surrender
I want to comment on being blacklisted when you do voluntary surrender of the vehicle why are you made to pay the balance when you going to be blacklisted,,,, which one is the best not pay the balance and be blacklisted once or pay and be blacklisted,, please help l want to make a decision
