Horrible Service, Stay Away!
I took my car in to Henry Motors in Mispel Avenue, Pretoria because of a problem with the idle and a squeaking sound in the rear left wheel. After two weeks in the shop and almost R15 000 later, the car was apparently fixed. Well, not so much. Not only was the idle not fixed, but they also messed up my SRS system. When I asked them about it, they said it had been broken before I took it in. The SRS system is responsible for the airbags deploying in the event of an accident. My pregnant wife and I drive this car every single day, so this was a big problem for me. They said they can fix it, but it would be another R30 000 or they wouldn’t do it. They are rude and value money over their customers and their safety. I had to take my car back three times and the idle still isn’t fixed. At least they managed to fix the squeaking sound. If you have a choice, I would strongly recommend taking your car anywhere else.
