Siphiwe Ndabane sold me a Telkom Lte in Nov 2023, I cancelled the contract because it was not functional in November, they are busy debating my account although the contract was cancelled, I am not in use of their service they collected the router in November, they must refund me and stop the ***** on my account
Contract number 509293480 was cancelled in December however Telkom is still calling for payment, how do they expect me to pay for services that I am not using. When they cancelled the contract they still kept the account open and are sending demand letters
Telkom internet service is still demanding cash collection even after the cancelation of the contract that never worked
I was lured into taking a contract for LTE, upon delivery of the unit, I realized there is no simcard, I could not use the router, no cell number noted, I went to Cresta Branch, Lebohang Simelane told me he couldn't assist because I bought the service online, he gave me the number to phone 10213, I stood there phoning the Telkom 10213, was sent from pillar to post, Nomvo Cele, could not assist, Delusiwe Zwane could not assist, Sine themba Ngcobo could not assist, Madiale Mahlangu gave me the cell number allocated to my name but refused to cancel, Phindile Nkomo was the most rude hung my phone up, until when I spoke to Tiisetso Motsoeneng, He was the only one who listened to me and assisted me to cancel the contract due to the terrible service. I will not recommend this company, the staff said I can go ahead and complain, as they will not cancel my contract due to their terrible service, How is it that such a huge company has only one person willing to assist and the rest are fighting with their clients. It was a very traumatic experience I must say.... I am waiting for them to collect their router, and I want nothing to do with them. Homechoice gave my details to fraudsters to buy in my name, debit orders for things I did not purchase went through my account, upon phoning them they can only refund me in 7 days, the consultants are not helpful, you can see they work together with fraudsters, they won't give their full names, a lady by Sindiswa was not helpful
