incorrect listing, I have logged 6 disputes, sent emails, called held the line for +25 minutes no answer. I have sent Paid up letters July 2025 . Your online systems are not effective, very frustrating .
After struggling for a month with connection, They sent me 2 different sim cards that never worked, and eventually, after having to call every day and speaking to everyone I was advised by one of them Angus to change to 5g which is working smooth but on the 25th an expect suprise happened they double debited my account and took +R800.00 after numerouse calls they admitted that they made a mistake and will refund me in 48 hours this was on the 26th of July I was given ref 8138711 up until today not a single word from that company. I called them today spoke with Njabulo who also had no answers, The word service has no meaning to Rain, They have a good products with nice affordable prices but Service dololo shame . Give me my money please .
Lord knows what is happening with this company- Can I get My R 359.30 that I was asked to pay on the 25th of May - We could not use your service almost the whole month in May as we were told your tower has issues and sim card just kept on saying no service - I was sent 2 sim cards and none of them are working for the past 2 week - I have been begging and crying for help but no success ,please pay me back my money .
This Company is huge disappointment - After 3 weeks of not having Connection trying to insert the sim card in all devices I came across but with no luck I eventual lost my sim card and did a swim swap it was delivered to me on the 24th of May up to this day the useless piece of **** keeps on saying no connection I have ben calling them everyday , Spoke with whole lot of them from Sihlesenkosi Kubheka , Nosipho Tshabalala 7019452, Mbali Mohomane (7170065) , 7035993. Ayanda Tantsi, Nandi and Tshego and the 10 if not 1000 more of them up until now I still have a dead sim card that I was told to pay R360.30 a and I paid it for a sim card I did not use and knowing them They will want their R479.00 comes 25th June , M tired of your **** really - can you please fix this issue or give me my money back, You are a disgrace really and emotionally draining .
