Superb customer service from Tyre Mart in George Central! The service was exceptional, from the first telephone contact, reception and the completion of the work. The service agents were knowledgable, helpful and professional. After repairing our two flat tyres, the wheels were washed. Quick service on a very busy Saturday morning. If you are in this vicinity - this business is highly recommended.
We contracted Touw Meubels to design and install custom-made solid wood furniture in our new home office. Len and his team met our design brief with care and precision. Were are very happy with the end result, and can highly recommend their quality craftsmanship.
We were very happy with the mobile health service offered by Testaro. Although something went wrong with our booking, a phone call late on a Sunday afternoon sorted everything out - Elizabeth at Customer Support handled this like a pro and our nurse (Janet) did a great job. Our result were available within 5 hours.
Five stars to Monique Fortuin at Chill Beverages for her customer support. I reported a product problem by e-mail. She followed up to resolve my "complaint", promptly replaced the products and collected the faulty items to investigate. This is how you build customer relationships.
Biggest spammer ever! This company has no regard for people’s right to privacy. They blatantly disregard requests to opt out of messages/spam robot calls/ cold calls etc. and continues to harass people. I have sent e-mails with nice requests to cease all communications but they DO NOT RESPOND and continues to SPAM with total disregard of the POPIA Act.
I have been using Rapidstudio for a really long time (maybe 10 years..?). I have completed many photo books with consistent quality printing. Apart from a few minor tech difficulties over the years, the books were always excellent, predictable and of high quality. The printing studio have also kept up with changes, adding luxury finishes and lay-flat binding options.
Very good experience! I have replaced my tracker system with new technology. Very happy with the agents, installer and follow up. Although there were minor admin issues it was not difficult to get it corrected.
The worst processes/systems! The standard excuse is "we've been trying to get hold of you" After countless phone calls and hours on the phone, the system STILL has the incorrect information. Have updated info on the system, phoned - spoke to an agent, confirmed via automated response system and they still use the incorrect e-mail address. On the phone for more than a hour this morning. Package stuck for a month.
Do not rent from Dollar Thrifty unless you are prepared to have your deposit locked (or held) for a month (21 WORKING DAYS) after you return the vehicle. This is noted in the FAQs on the website if you search for it... but you will only find out about this when your money is not released/returned as expected.
Avoid this online “store” all all costs. After two weeks of placing my order, I had not received a tracking number. I then received an e-mail advising that my tracking number will be forwarded and that the order will still be delivered within the expected 7-10 days ??? I contacted Reliable’s help desk and was told that their supplier had not yet despatched the order (after 17 days). As Reliable was unable to deliver my order within a reasonable time, I requested a full refund and was told it would take 3-10 days to receive my money. I have queried progress (proof of payment/refund) twice before I was told by e-mail that they would refund only 90% - deducting 10% as a restocking fee! As they did not carry stock, and the supplier had not yet sent the item and not being able to deliver in a reasonable time - this is highly irregular. My worst online experience ever.
