Upgrade without Consent
I took a 24m fixed contract in Sept 2019 for explora compact with xtraview which supposed to end in Aug 2021. April 2021 they willingly without my consent upgraded my account to compact plus and when I enquired about it they claimed that "you were awarded two R539 DStv compact plus reward upgrades which amounted to R1078. We have deducted your monthly charges and which left your account with a credit balance of R375. We debited R164 and now have R539 as credit for future use". Then jikijiki my account balance is R703 end May and when I enquire about it they change to R790 and now to R629. So my fixed 24m contract for a monthly instalment of R539 has now been revoked to R629 and no one is willing to explain how I moved from 24m fixed contract of R539 to R629.
