Great insurance

Incompetent
My parcel has been in customs for close to 3 months just because the Aramex invoicing department are failing to send me a invoice for custom duties. That time iv paid R2600.00 for a fast shipping method. Should have just just China postal service's

Helping scammers
Fnb is helping scammers to defraud us. I requested a payment reversal from a company that didn't deliver my goods and the "director" declined the reversal. The very same person who declined my reversal has resigned as a director in that company last yr, how did FNB contact the previous director and followed orders from her?
