It’s been almost three weeks since I lodged my complaint, and to date, I still have not been refunded. I have received several emails stating that the payment is being processed, but nothing has happened. I sent an email to one of the customer agent by the name of Sindiswa to follow up on payment, she does not reply.
Despite multiple followups, I continue to receive the same response that my query is in the queue for payment. It has now been a week since my last communication, and I have not received any further updates or contact from your team. This level of service is extremely disappointing and unacceptable. I have made every effort to follow the correct process, yet there has been no meaningful progress or accountability. I request the following as a matter of urgency: * A clear and confirmed payment date for my refund * A detailed explanation for the excessive delay * Immediate escalation of this matter to a supervisor or relevant department
I have had an ongoing query for the past six months. I ordered a pair of sandals from Farfetch, but they were never delivered due to the driver being hijacked. Farfetch has since refunded me in full; however, FedEx has failed to reimburse me for the duties I paid. I have contacted customer support multiple times, but the assistance has been extremely disappointing. Initially, I was told that my issue had been logged and that payment was due. Since then, I have received no further updates, and my emails are now being ignored.
