Disputed damage charge after vehicle was returned
I rented a vehicle from Europcar at the Hartfield branch and the staff were helpful throughout the rental process, which I appreciate. The vehicle was inspected upon return and my deposit was refunded, confirming acceptance of the car in that condition. Afterward, I received an email claiming there was a dent on the roof that was not previously reported. I was later invoiced approximately R4,800 for this damage, which I dispute as it was not identified during the return inspection. I need clarification on this charge

Unprofessional Conduct & Lack of Landlord Support
I strongly advise against using Yellow Realtors in Polokwane if you are a property owner looking for fair and professional representation. I signed an occupational rental agreement with a buyer on March 1st, and they paid the full rent for that month. However, when April 1st came, the buyer did not pay rent, yet the agency chose to side with them rather than protect my interests as the Seller. This means that while I am covering the bond and expenses, the buyer is enjoying the property rent-free until registration. When I raised my concerns, I was met with hostility and even told that I was “too aggressive” for simply expecting the terms of the contract to be upheld. If you are looking for an agency that does not prioritize property sellers or protect your most valuable asset, then by all means, sell or rent your property through them. Otherwise, I recommend staying far away from them
