Patient passing out in receptionist area due to wrong injections!!

Terrible!!! Stay away from them!! My grandmother went to them today (8 April 2021) complaining about her feet and legs. Keep in mind she's a diabetic. The doctor gave her injection , she might of had an allergic reaction because she passed out in the reception area . The receptionist was beating on my grans chest to keep her awake??? They were so rude to the paramedics helping my grandmother . As a doctor should you not be able to recognise what is good for a diabetic and what's not good for them. Pretending to know what you are doing and telling the patient to "stay awake, stay awake!"but you tell the kids to phone an ambulance, are you not supposed to do that??? How does a receptionist tell a doctor what to do??? This is a "doctor" working at Dr Irenes office Please please do not go to them!!
