Very weak perfumes and not up to standard, very dissapointed. I want a refund and they can have thier weak perfumes back
Worst courier service ever. Þhey dont answer calls at all. My parcel has been sitting with the pietermaritzburg depo a few days now in thier grey area after being sent to Bloemfontein then Newcastle then back to Bloemfontein. Then ladyamith then pietermaritzburg. Im beyond tired. Never ever again will I use this courier. I wish companies would stop using them as well because they will lose customers simply because of their courier choice
Ordered a microwave online on 19th january 2022. Received incorrect item. Reported issue they sent courier to pick up a week later. I have been on the phone almost daily with the call center requested the correct microwave. I am being sent from pillar to post. I was eventually told not to call they will call me. It has been almost 2 months now fighting a losing battle for my microwave. I even offered to pick it up at the pmb liberty mall game store again i was told they will get back to me. I am utterlly dissapointed in thier service. I will not be making any purchase from game store ever again. A waste of my time amd energy amd airtime. Not mentioning being without a microwave for sooo long.
My contract is expiring on 11april 2021. I went to a telkom store on the 25th of March to cancel. The consultant did not inform me that an amount of R945 will be charged. I was paying R70 for the contract. My reason for cancellation is affordability, now this R945 I cannot afford. Utterly dissapointed. Never doing anyt business with telkom EVER again. Called in to get assistance from customer care and was told I cannot be assisted....
