Flippen rip-off . Had such good service with my first purchase. Seems like they only win your trust thereafter they rip you off. Ordered a mouthpiece from a seller in Italy in December 2021. I am still awaiting the arrival of my package. Contacted the seller, he/she responded promptly with evidence from the Poste Italiane. However after the seller filed a formal complaint against the Poste Italiane , the case was closed with no refund to me who is the buyer obviously. Seems like the seller was aware that the package wasn't covered under the Ebay Money Back Guarantee hence he/she laid the formal complaint knowing what the outcome would be. This is utter bulls..... as I didn't even request the seller to file a complaint, I just requested regular updates wrt the shipping of my package only. After eBay informed me that the case is now closed, BOOOM! No more responses on my emails to the seller, just as I expected. R1500 down the drain. Be careful buyers, ensure that you purchase items that is covered under the eBay Moneyback Guarantee.

Excellent service. Received my package on the estimated date. Just had to collect from the nearest Post Office.
Paid for an order(interface inc. courier fee) and cancelled the order, after being told they're out of stock(Informing me only after i paid for the item). I requested a refund. These employees have been taking be from pillar to post for 1 full month now regarding my refund. Apparently the CEO are the only person authorized to process return payments. I have been calling and emailing non stop, seems like their phone lines are down now and they have also stopped replying to my emails. Please do not buy from them!
