Title: Extremely Disappointed with VW Table View's Service I recently took my car for service at VW Table View on 01/06/23, and I must say that my experience was nothing short of a nightmare. Not only did my car come back with multiple faults, but the service center also expects me to pay for their mistakes. This is the second time I have faced such issues since I started servicing my car at VW Table View, and it has left me feeling incredibly frustrated and dissatisfied. Upon receiving my car after the service, I noticed that the wipers turned on automatically as soon as I started the engine. This is a clear indication of a faulty electrical system, and it's concerning that such a significant issue was overlooked during the service. Additionally, the boot sensor is also malfunctioning, which was perfectly fine before I handed over my car for servicing. What disappoints me even more is that VW Table View is now insisting that I pay for the repairs they need to make to rectify these faults. It is completely unreasonable to expect me to bear the financial burden for issues that occurred due to their negligence. As a customer, I expect reliable and competent service from a reputable car dealership like VW, and this experience has shattered my trust in their abilities.I am deeply dissatisfied with the service provided by VW Table View, and I strongly advise against anyone else using their services. Their lack of attention to detail, disregard for customer satisfaction, and unwillingness to take responsibility for their mistakes are simply unacceptable. I hope that VW Table View addresses these issues promptly and takes the necessary steps to rectify their shortcomings. Until then, I will be seeking service elsewhere for my car, and I caution others to do the same.
