Today I went to the Standard Bank branch in Broadway, Durban North. I'm so sad I didn't get the ladies name who assisted me. I was assisted by the most amazing friendly lady at the help desk. She greeted me with such a smile and helped me effortlessly with what I needed assistance with. All the other Standard Bank employees could really learn a thing or two from her. Just wanted to say thank you and I will definitely go back to that branch because of her. Kind Regards Lauren
Just had the most fantastic meal at Ocean Basket Hillcrest and a huge shout out to our fantastic waitress Precious, who's hospitality towards us was so welcoming. She was fantastic! Thank you OB Hillcrest and Precious. ❤️
I want to give a huge shout out to Auto General road side assistance. If I could give you 100 stars I would. I want to say a huge thank you to the lady at the call center and the guy who fetched and towed my car on the N3 this morning. You made me feel extremely comfortable and the constant calls to check if I was safe and got assistance really meant alot to me. As a young woman I felt alot better after being taken care of by you. You all deserve a huge shout out. I will definitely use you again. Thank you kindly.
This site is a ****!!! Please beware of this site The Kickstart, they happily take your money and keep it and you definitely don't get your shirts you have orded! You also can not get hold of them as their email does not exist and they do not give you a number you can call. STAY AWAY from this site !!!!!
This company Dog Box SA is a ****!!! Do not use them. I orded dog beds online from them and my order was over a thousand Rand. I got the confirmation email that they received my order and it will take 3 to 5 days. I orded on the 13th of July, today is the 26th of July. I have not received my order or any communication from them. I have sent countless emails and tried calling and I get no answer. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!
I am highly irritated and disappointed in CROCS South Africa. There online store is pathetic. I ordered a couple of products online for my niece online and she only received half of the products. On the 6th of February I emailed them to query about this and they responded that they will investigate and will get back to me. The next day they emailed asking if the parcel box had been tampered with, which I responded that it had not been tampered with, they then emailed to say that the problem must have occurred at the factory and packing the parcel. I have not heard from them since. On Sunday the 19th of February I emailed to query about what was happening will they be refunding me or sending my product. Till today the 22nd of February I have still not received any communication from them. As it stands they have stolen my money. A "reputable", "well known" brand has stolen my money and I WILL NEVER AGAIN ORDER OR BUY FROM CROCS SOUTH AFRICA!
KFC- Waterfall, Inanda road outlet is the worst KFC outlet I have ever been to. There food is always grossly oily and off. The two times I have been there I have received chicken pieces that were so oily it seeped out the bag and all of us who tried the chicken, were sick for 2 days. The second time I tried that KFC in 2 months because of my last experience, I decided to try the twister but the lettuce and tomato was off and slimy. I am absolutely disgusted and disappointed in KFC and the one in Waterfall needs to be closed down before it puts someone in hospital with food poisoning.
Was assisted by a wonderful kind petrol attendant named Walter at the Engen near Pick 'n pay hyper by the sea. He was so professional and very kind, spoke with so much respect. I'll definitely be going back to that petrol station 😉. Walter really deserves the recognition!
DStv has again defrauded me. I paid for a compact streaming package on 30th March Due to their payment portal issues they are having with multiple customers my package was only activated over half way through April , I received this email on the 10th April "ENQUIRY REFERENCE NUMBER : 52932670 Dear DStv Customer Thank you for your email. Please note that the proof of payment has been escalated to central finance to trace the payment." On the 13th April I received another email stating my payment was now allocated and by this time I was so over this whole situation I wasn't even bothered and had made alternative arrangements to watch football. I woke up this morning with an SMS from DStv which reads "DSTV: We've not received your payment and had to stop your viewing. To keep watching, pay R269.1 using ref no. 136119075 or click payat.io/dstv/136119075" I am disgusted that they couldn't even give me a full month of viewing after they finally managed to allocate my payment.

After our last conversation my streaming package was finally reconnected and my payment was said to be allocated. LIES !! Today they disconnected me again just in time to prevent me watching an afternoon and evening of premier League football. I was able to stream on Wednesday to Friday then I received an SMS on Friday telling me I need to pay or else I will be disconnected and true to your word I was disconnected today. 3 of the agents I spoke with who all requested my bank statement to be sent in with pdf format all said they will attach this statement to my profile. LIES !!!!! I just got off a call with your customer care centre and was told there is no payment statement attached to my profile.. no surprise why I have been disconnected again. So how does it work ? I pay DSTv R409 for a compact streaming package on 30th March and have only been connected for 3 days then disconnected again, now I'm told I must pay again... Even my profile on my DStv website shows I must still pay ? Iv paid for a month I'm sure by the end of the month I will be billed again even though I haven't even been able to stream?? You guys better sort out the online streaming account / billing department or else you will lose customers. I am tired of messaging calling and emailing to get online streaming , I have paid , you guys connected me for 1 day then disconnected me. 4 days later you connected me again this time for 3 days then disconnected me again. It is now Saturday and I can't watch weekend football. You guys are not fixing the problem here and need me the customer to point this out , what an absolute disgrace. I do pray that there will be an alternative provider for sport streaming in RSA soon so that paying customers can actually watch live sport..
