I purchased a mattress from your store on the 21st/05/2024 however upon unpacking I noticed cuts on the corners of the bed this damage is clearly a manufacturing defect and I request a replacement or full refund as per your warranty policy and now they are rejecting my query which i find unfair because the bed is still under warranty and they supposed to to anyway exchange it for me This is for Nomsa Lefakane
Capitec its ne of the useless and un safe banks as you cannot reverse a payment should you send to the wrong account even if its a capitec bank account ..they will ask you to pay a certain fee even when there is not guarantee that you will get your money back ..i have had 2 incidents where i mistakenly sent money to the wrong recipient and they did not help me they just told me they cant assist and that's it ...one its cresta capitec
