If I could go less then 1 star I would. Must unreliable and pathetic company to deal with. Deliveries always late. No communication always an excuse why the can’t deliver. Rather go direct to there supplier Vanstone in Pretoria. Simon is a consrtist of note. Stay away!!!!
Buying from Eurotrend and dealing with the Sasha the owner is been a nightmare that one can not describe. After the Lon ageing of building a brand new house we decided to buy from Eurotrend to do our bathrooms. Even tho the name says Eurotrend all the stock is from China so I later found out cheap and unreliable. The first bath we bought last all of three weeks. Getting eurotrend to replace this was tough as the bath we had chosen now was out of stock and discontinued so a new bath had to be chosen and more to be paid for it.. this bath last just over a year , The shower attachment was the first to break, the plastic actually started to degraded and where the shower head attachment *****ed on became brittle and broke. We had to super flu this on , As numerous calls to all their numbers never get answered and their main line as per there website is always engaged. In December the Jets ( Plastic was well) started to break , We decided to drive into the store. Big mistake. We were helped by the friendliest sale consultant ever (Sarcasm) turns out this is the owners(Sasha) brother. while at the store we wanted to buy vanities to match the ones we already bought, He said no stock , I replied with please can I leave my number and when stock arrives contact me. His response was, sorry we don't have a notification system I must call in January to see if they have stock. We asked for the owner which he came over, (In the middle of a pandemic no mask I might add) I showed him the problem we have on a bath on there floor. He told me he service team is on leave and would be back in January. he gave awe a number to send the pictures to on what's app. I sent the pictures and had to follow up numerous times I think 5 before anyone contact me, At the end of January, I finally got the call to say sorry we have no stock. Oh and I must wait a month as China is closed for there new year. Just to put in context for 2 months I cannot use the main bathroom bath and the part that's broken leaks water out the bath. so Obviously I'm not impressed. As a business owner one would have made sure when I reported the issue in December they had stock when the team arrived back, But clearly thinking ahead isn't a speciality that Sasha posses.Also they have a brand new bath same model on the showroom floor , So I pretty sure to look after a client that has spent so much money over three houses built would also be a priority clearly once again a skill Sasha doesn't posses. I asked my wife please , Go choose a new bath as I'm not waiting another month with out a bath in the main room . Please ask Sasha to give us a better price. Well this didn't go well. My wife actually recorded Sasha screaming and shouting at her (a women) in his office so badly that our CPO had to get my wife out of there. First off I don't care who you are or what happens , One should never speak to a women they way Sasha did. Second off to act like this when clearly your enterprise is a disgraceful as you are Sasha is sad. To this day almost three months without a bath and Sasha and eurotrend are uninterested in helping. Especially when they have a brand new bath in stock to assist. SO DON'T BUY FROM EUROTREND OR SHOULD I SAY CHINATREND!!!! you get no after service and screamed at by the owner when you confront him for a solution.
