Disappointing Service at Xpresso Café – Victoria Centre
Xpresso Café, Victoria Centre, Pietermaritzburg Dear Management, I am writing to express my disappointment with the service my brother and his friend received at your café on 24 November 2025. When they asked about the price of the chicken salad, the staff member responded with a rude attitude. She referred to the two boys as “Sisi’s” (implying they were girls) and then walked away, leaving them without any explanation or assistance from a colleague. Such behaviour is unacceptable, especially in a customer‑focused environment. I hope you can look into this matter and ensure that all guests are treated with respect and professionalism. Thank you for your attention to this issue.
