after having written my first review, the agency contacted us via email to inform us that they are trying to solve the problem. however, there is absolutely no accountability and have implied that the delay in us receiving our refund is due to the airline and backlog at Etihad. this is WRONG. Vanessa Pillay was incompetent and did not ensure our refund was processed timeously. How is it that ALL other clients have received refunds? We were told this by the previous owner of Harvey's after contacting her with this issue. so sick of this ****.
we were booked for a trip to turkey in march 2020 unfortunately due to covid we had to cancel.we liased with vanessa pillay at Harvey's and have not received our refund a whole year later. cannot get ahold of anyone and are basically being batted from pillar to post. dont ever ever travel with these guys.
