I made a block booking for 4 weeks for an ad in The Plainsman and paid the full amount in advance, because no ad without payment.....ad ran end of March & 1st week in Feb.....the ad ran for 2 weeks without any response so i cancelled and requested a refund.....i contacted the salesperson whom i placed the ad with and she confirmed the refund request.....i have contacted them on numerous occasions only to be told its being processed.....last week i was asked for bank details which i submitted.....this week, the supervisor is on leave and nobody answers the phone when i call them......PATHETIC SERVICE!!!!
i tried to purchase a data bundle on 28 Dec and got a msg that i'm unable to because my account is in arrears(which it wasnt)....called customer care and was told that i need to speak to accounts which was closed already.....called 1946 yesterday at 08h52 and was told the account didnt switch to "current" automatically and she'd do it for me.....i was to wait about 2hrs and it would be sorted.....i called back at 14h13 cos it wasnt sorted out yet and the call dropped while speaking to someone.....i called again at 14h15 and the call dropped again while speaking to her.....she called back and again the call dropped again....this time she didnt call back.....at 14h20 i called again and the call was answered but ended immediately......i called back again at 14h21, only for the system to tell me that i tried too many times and an agent would call me......I'M STILL WAITING!!!
