Bought a headboard, delivered but had no *****s and nuts to attach it to the pedestals. When I enquired about this I was told that they will be ordered. After some time I was told that they got them and were given to the delivery man. When I call the shop, they are giving me stories. Such a horrible customer service. If you value your money do not buy from them. Shame their are nice people when they want your money.
We trusted a company that doesn’t give a damn about its members, people who are happy to manage our pension money but not appreciate the contributors to the growth of CRF. They are eager to accept new members, they talk a good talk, extremely convincing. If you had a choice to choose between CRF and another pension fund administrator, stay the hell away from CRF. Some companies were prepared for the two pot system, paid members with 14 days, CRF made members to wait for 2 months and still after 2 months people are not paid. There’s no communication whatsoever, not even a newsletter to reassure members.
I was tricked by a salesperson at Green cross Greenacres. Both of us saw the colour of the shoes was dull as if they were placed on the sun for a while. She said polish will fix it so I believed her. 2 months later the shoes are still the same and those crooks refuse to take them back
