DONT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS!!!! Very Rude and unhelpful "customer service" We purchased this stupid software - very basic and limited - and wen i asked Markus if i could download the back office on my laptop he said that i had to purchase another voucher - costing R3000.00 additionally - then proceeds to be a **** and asks if you get a free breakfast when you purchase one.. like *** mentality is this when people are supporting your business! DONT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS! TERRIBLE, RUDE AND NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY!
My wallet was stolen and I had immediately stopped all my cards, including the MRP store card. I was still paying my account as this is the only account I currently have, for credit purposes. My credit amount was at 0 and I didn't worry as I hardly ever use the account. I went instore to get a new card and reactivate the card, but the call center staff didn't reactivate the credit amount. The fact that I owed money to the account and my limit was at zero, this negatively affected my credit score, the opposite of the reason for the card. I called in to the call center 16.11.2215:20 and the lady Nox was so unhelpful, had me on hold for 15 minutes, couldn't find a manager to speak to me , and was just so rude that I decided to pay off the amount owing and close off my account! Bear in mind I pay way more than the installment amount- every month- thinking it would be a good sign of credibility. MRP your customer service stinks!
