Buffalo have let me down in the past . But I order often through SHEIN and they use both buffalo and IMile so unfortunately I’ve had to use them again . They said order would be here between 24-28th I’ve followed up four times and radio silence! That parcel had stuff in for new years I’m so disappointed! I wish I never had to use them again
Do not do it ! It is too good to be true . Signed up for the 28 day challenge which I haven’t even been able to use and was billed another 4 times for things I didn’t consent to . I’ve now spent thousands on this company and havent seen a cent back for money o wasn’t aware was being taken away . Absolutely devastating
Very disappointed in this service. Ordered and paid for two costumes on their website on Wednesday last week . Think it’s a scam . Haven’t received any emails saying what my order number is or tracking details messaged them to find out and have yet to have a response. Do not use them waste of money I’ll probably never see my products
I’ve been waiting for a parcel for over a month now .. I sat for 3 hours on my phone following all the channels and waiting on the line to speak to some one about tracking it . Finally got through to a person who said they’d email me with in 48 hours . This was 5 days ago still nothing . I am very disappointed with this service and do not recommend it to any one .
Ordered Christmas presents on the 18th of November 2020 . Still waiting for parcel . Tracking says it’s been delivered. But I haven’t received it and no one has got hold of me to tell me who received my parcel or if they will be sending it again . I’ve been waiting for over a week for a reply . Nothing . Very disappointed. Christmas is this week and still don’t have parcel
