I left my son’s phone on 1 April because it’s not working. To date I have no movement no feedback whatsoever. I called earlier today and left my number because the technician is on lunch and was to return my call. He didn’t. I called now and the technician has left. I asked to speak to the manager and as usual the the manager ‘ extension just rings until I cut it. I called a few minutes later and they didn’t even pick up my calls… when I left the phone they said 14 days but they will send my a job card.. it’s 14 days later, no job card, no response, nothing.
I have tried to call world remit South Africa for support and their answering service says 59 minutes waiting time in the phone and 37 minutes waiting time to chat to an agent via WhatsApp. This is very bad service. I have sent money and paid and my transaction still says action required and so I needed to know what next… honestly this is disappointing for a facility that assist with fast transfer of funds.

I Applied for licenece renewal well in advance. System says card is ready for collection. I went to collect on 14 September and was told that there is a delay for everyone that applied as far back as June so I must pay R70 for a temporary license. How is it that such a practice is allowed? Firstly why does the Natis system say card ready for collection if it is not? Secondly...we paid to renew our driver's licences in good time. Traffic department says they have a backlog with cards if they are not ready it's not thier fault and we must just queue again and pay for a temporary license...BELIEVABLE! Who is responsible for this process? It's only R70 one might say for temporarylicense... but other than it being about the R70, it's a principle issue. R70 is a lot of money to pay for a delay that is from the Department and not your own especially in these hard times.. it is also about time lost queuing for a temporary license one applied months in advance! And... how many more R70 are being collected from desperate citizens who just want to obey the law?. How is even such a practice allowed?
I paid for my daughter's order 2 weeks ago. Ref BUFZA2120053613YQ. To date I have no status update and no response from Zaful. Can they please update or refund for this order.
I ordered a dome shaped stainless steel food cover on 16 November 2020. My order Number given on the date of purchase is 000044312. To this day I have no feedback on the status of the order except for an automated response which I got to my first email query that says they have a delayed shipment. Since then, no update and no one picks up calls when you call the customer care number...hopeless service I have recieved from these people and I hope this is not how they treat everyone else. I want my money back and I will not order from them again. Very disappointing!
