I was brutally attacked by security guards and dragged out of Macdonalds Carlton centre Johannesburg for charging my phone so I can be able to place an order and virtually make payment.
Am deeply disappointed and disgusted with their withdrawal options avaliable on their platform.From my experience, you can never withdraw your winnings as you wish, proving to me that it's not a fair gamble ,under normal circumstances on gambling platforms you should be able to withdraw your winnings with convenient options provided and they should be able to give you access to your funds as you wish unlike GOLDRUSH platform. I requested for a withdrawal to be sent to me via FNB ewallet , instead they sent my withdrawal to their goldrush ewallet that does not allow you to withdraw your winnings as you wish., i followed all the steps on how to withdraw FNB ewallet ,i had to go to the FNB bank to investigate why my ewallet was not processing, i had to lodge a complaint with my network service provider only to find out that GOLDRUSH deliberately sent my withdrawal to their ewallet so that you are forced to buy their products like airtime and other staff that are advertised on their platform using their ewallet services, literally denying you to access your winnings through a method of your own choice. I spent more than two weeks chatting with their agents via their platform to assist me with my withdrawal or alternatively reverse my withdrawal back to my account ,their service was horrible and disgusting, I dealt with different agents on different occasions all displaying same bad arrogant attitude ,sometimes they would just leave me hanging on the conversation or disappear from the chat or simply close the chat without even assisting me. I needed my withdrawal desperately hoping it was an instant procedure, but I was left with confusion and disgust.there is no fair gamble with GOLDRUSH, you only play to buy airtime with your winnings otherwise forget the rest.
Am very dissappointed and disgusted with the way petrol attendants and staff treated me as a motorist in Total energies in braamfontein.,i usually pour petrol in that station simply because am a clubcard holder.,yesterday they rudely refused to pour water to cool down my overheating engine not because they did not have water but they often grumpy and rude to customers..,recently they have a rude security gaurd who sounds foreign.,he is grumpy and ******** he even refuse us to use toilet for no reason,the toilet is a pay as you use.,yesterday the petrol attendants sent me to him for water,i needed water in a 2ltr container so i can be able to cool off my engine along the way in case it heats up,i was surprised he responded rudely with no regard that am a customer.,then we had an altercation and i demanded to see the manager.,and that time she was knocking off going home.,she did not even want to hear what my request was ,displaying the same stinking attitude as the security guard and other petrol attendants..,what bothers the most is that most of them are foreign nationals who have no respect for customers, clearly lack of training,lack of manners as far as customer service is concerned and that leads to my question ,why?are they hired to operate in petrol stations servicing the humbly community of south africa .?
Later around 6pm wednesday i decided to buy a something to eat at food discount GHandi Square,i ordered a piece of chicken on my way to the till i realised that the piece of chicken was bad almost rotten the other half.,so i decided to leave it behind and pay for other stuff. The till operator called for void and there was a short white guy standing next the till ,and hes the manager,so he quickly turns to me and say whats wrong with the piece of chicken and i said its bad and i dont want it thats why am am leaving it behind . He suddenly became furiouse and demanded that i should pay for it, because no one will want to buy it after me ,I saidd you cant force me to buy something i dnt want either ,so i said No i wont pay for it ,he insisted harshly and i ended up refusing to pay for evrything that i intended to buy. so he called his security guards. His security guard came up to me violently ,pushing me around ,poking my head and insulting me demanding that i should pay for the stuff. It would have been an understandable situation if i had uwrapped it and taken a bite ,of which in that case i was going to pay for it wether its rotten or not just to avoid much, but No i did not unwrapp it ,i did not bite it.It was the color of the chicken portion through the plastic cover that got my attention to realise that it was not good,it was gray ,almost advanced stage of rotting. I almost got the beating for that ,let alone for paying for a rotten piece of chicken ,and being embarrassed, pushed around just for making my choice , with my own money.
I had a bad experience with Mr Price customer service center and even worse at the store. I recently visited one of their store hoping to open an account, i submitted my docs as per request at the store and i received an sms,stating that am conditionally approved ,but did not say when to collect my account card. Few day passed,i went back at the store to check my application status and i was told its pending employment confirmation,on a normal circumstance ,it should not take this long to confirm employment i thought ,later on that day i decided to call their customer care service center. On my call i was told that the reason why i have not received an sms for collection of my account card is because docs are missing on my application ,to my surprise, i then asked how else must i submit because i had already done so at the store,its already passed four to five days and no notification whatsover to say missing docs required and if i had not phoned,i dont know how long i was going to wait for nothing . I was then given a whatsapp number to upload docs of which i did upload all the required docs on that same day ,following day i received a phone call for confirmation on my details and an sms stating collection reference of my account card. On collection of card , a few things i did not notice on my collection slip until upon shopping to activate my account. I went to one of their branches in joburg same day i collected my card,when i handed my card to the lady who was on the till , she asked me if the account was mine and i said yes,and suddenly the look on her face changed, from a welcoming note to a more unusual way of speaking to a customer and she shouted,this is not your account and its not allowed to do shopping with someone else account,the store was a bit packed and queue was long and ALL EYES ON ME, it was an embarrassing set ,more humiliating after discovering that the title on my accountcard was Mrs instead of Mr. It was tense when i demanded that error be rectified immediately because gladly am the store,they should be able to rectify the error. She demanded for my identification and the account card collection slip of which luckily they were not far from reach,except i had left my wallet in the car for my id, Finally she agreed to serve me and run my transaction,she advised me to go back to the store where i collected the card and ask them to rectify this error. Weekend passed, Monday morning i left my work rushed to the same store i collected my card and i was asked to fill in some docs and they will fax them and i should soon get an sms stating that ,the error has been rectified. A day later still no sms ,so i decided to call their customer service center to find out if they did get my docs to rectify their error. It was the most disappointing service,i was tossed around like am a bother, they picked my call,put me on hold send me through the next line,the next agent picks up asks me a few questions,puts me on hold for 10mins after that sends me to the next line, three times until i hung up. A day later am still a Mrs as far as their accounts show on the screen, am afraid to go shopping because i might get the same humiliating scenario and then later on i received a call from their customer service center. I thought finally the help has come,its sad that i was far from getting the help,On that call,she simply asked me about how was the service i received when i visited their store and i told her my honest truth from my point of view and experience. And when i asked her about my change of title ,from the Mrs to Mr ,she said it has not changed and it takes time,wow..,it was shocking..and again i asked about the promotion that they are advertising . About opening an account and get 1000rands shopping voucher and how come i did not get mine,she started telling me about airtime and data instead. This has only made me realize that this was a false advertising which is bad. One can only imagine what happens to older people, our aunts and young sisters who go to joburg to open an account simply by false advertising and come back home still with no account but just an sms and long wait only to be told to resubmit,rectify,reconfirm ,just for opening a simply clothing account. It is the time wasted that cost money as am still waiting for my voucher ,and am still waiting for my title to be changed from Mrs to Mr . I dnt know when will i be able to use this account because the wait for help comes a long way.
Up to date am still waiting for the feedback from Legal Aid .There had promised to make an investigation regarding my complaint it's been a week.I gave them the reference number as per request.What is it that is holding them to get back to me.I need feedback.
Am honestly disappointed with Legal Aid regarding my case.It's been dragging since August,the Lawyer that was assigned to me by the Name of Enzzo at the Johannesburg branch am unhappy with his service.We were supposed to finalize the case before November.Firstly I told him I was uncomfortable with Case being finalised using emails,I would prefer traditional so that I can meet with my opponent.He started dogging my phone calls or his not around.Promise that he will speak to Magistrate up to date nothing happened.Firstly he told me he can't see my file maybe it is with the manager for almost a month and he came back to me,to say his got it ,we concluding.Thereafter I asked him whether his comfortable with the case or not so that changes can be made.He said yes we can go ahead.At one time him and his so called manager by the Name of Khulekani if am not mistaken there couldn't even listen to my matter there were against to what ever matter am raising.The case is about Harrassment at my business premises.We're I make a living, as it is now,am sitting on bills in terms of my rental as I have not been operating.The person who claims that am harassing him his at the premises operating.There is only one guy I forgot his name,he said it was his manager who tried to help me.He even asked whether he needed help as it is a simple case and to leave my file with him for the weekend to look at the case.He didn't do it,,he kept on promising that he will conclude.He was quick to tell me about what Kopano (lawyer of the opponent)suggested emails.I asked him to show me what he had concluded,he never did.He told me he has sent my file with the conclusion to the magistrate as he is writing exams.He won't be available until the coming week.I suggested to give him sms from the claimant and the other manager even asked whether he had printed the sms.He said he will do it but to me when I suggested again,he showed no interest at all.My evidence didn't matter to him.Now on Monday after wasting my time.He tells me,he can't go ahead with the case.It's hard for him as I have insisted that I want to a attend court and to see conclusion on his final closing regarding that case.Am so much disappointed,hurt for my time and now it's the end of year.I haven't been operating,I had to get a job recently.I have lost a whole lot due to this case dragging.My energy is exhausted the thought of it.I have been to court with these people before,,I have won and there have paid the money that they owed me through small claims.But now Legal Aid has failed me. It is the end of year,the courts are closing still no conclusion nor final judgement regarding my case.
