Just had a solar installed via Gosolr on rental, the installation went well but then I was told to get a wifi extender on the day only. Now i have it now im unable to set the app up as the signal is too weak in my garage. Now i get told i must buy a bigger wifi package!!! why do they not tell you this when they call you to sell you the system!!! unprofessional service! and they wont come out now either to help me set it up!
Been querying my hospital casualty charge since April 2023 with thier Head office as i was charged incorrectly.. They unable to advise why the charge was so high. I have since been handed over for non payment. I was told to back to the hospital and see the billing manager which I did 2 days ago . The lady at casualty wouldn't let me see the manager then tokd me rhey cant reverse.a charge thats incorrect. I then had to wait for the unit manager who never arrived after waiting 45 minutes I eventually had to leave how do you query an account then if this is the service you get!!!!
Went to this hospital last year August 2022 for a wrist xray and ultrasound . I paid the account but they didnt give me my xray etc. I called the Radiologists DR Jansen Van Rensburg to which i was told i must come back to the hospital to see the Dr to get my xrays.!! what a load of rubbish! i paid for them therefore they are mine. I even went to the same Radiologist end of January this year at the NHC Honeydew they gave them to me straight away.. Sounds like the Life Wilgeheuwal are just on a money making mission to make people go up an down to charge you.
We last went in 2019 and we had a wonderful.l holiday We went there again 27th Dec to 3rd January 2023. Firstly on arrival we had parking iasues. I went to reception then was told to go to security who said they woild sort it out nothing happened then i was told to go back to reception. I eventually sorted the parking out myself after 2 days.We had no water for over 24hrs. Not even a word from the rentals except when i went to reception they said it's the municipality causing the problem. They made no plans to provide any water. We couldn't flush the toliets. Eventually I took an empty 5litre water bottle and used the golf course lake water to flush our toliets. I did notice the main hotel swimming pool toilets had water. The leisure desk also couldn't sort an issue out which took 2days of going up and down.The unit itself was a bit tatty could do with an upgrade and didnt have all the basic kitchen utensils that one should get. The bedroom sliding door didn't close and the outer doors had no key to open them. The one cupboard was locked so there was no space to hang clothing in the 3rd bedroom. Definetly not worth the money i had to spend for 1 week. Seems there's lack of managent or they trying to just rip people off now. Only the views were still enjoyable and the beach. Our cleaner lady was excellent.

I said i could get one at Dischem but then was told that they had one in stock so they came and fitted it. and i had to sign a form to say they had supplied a support. i was not told the cost of the support at any such point. I left the hospital as they said there was nothing yet to pay. My Medical Aid did not pay due to my savings being depleted as per the medical aid statement i recevived. i now almost 3 months later received an account over WHatsapp from this company but the aco**** is in the name of Berkowitz van niekerk, which is way way more more than a similar product at Dischem and clicks, wihch is only R 165. This company has charged me R1031,00!!!! THIS IS AN ABSOLUTE RIP OFF AND SECONDLY THEY DONT TELL YOU ANYTHING FIRST HOW MUCH YOU ARE BEING CHARGED!!

Disgusting service. Been trying to call for days there is no reply just a voice message constantly from their call centre Sent emails and no response for registration. I'm sure there are other places far better and more.professional.
I submitted a pet claim on the app on 17th November however it didnt give an option for vet visit so I used routine care. Then received an email assisting me with the claim and I sent the vet bill. The next email was to say they will submit it for routine care. I then replied why isnt the vet visit portion covered which was for mole removal and meds etc.and no stat over. No reply. After 4 days I get a reply to confirm my bank details for my Routine care claim yesterday to be paid but still no mention of why the rest I cant claim for? Then I received 4 missed calls at 4pm whilst i was driving with no message and still no reply on my email which I sent a complaint again yesterday to outsurance on their website.This is shocking service . Either this insurance is rubbish or your consultants don't know how the plan works. I'm begining to think Dotsure would've been better.
