Third party claim process is toooo long. I was informed that Dotsure a company with thousands of clients has a single liabilities assessor! One! Of course claims are going to take 60 business days. The guy who crashed into my car already had his car fixed, but I, the innocent party have to wait 60 business days though the accident was through no fault of my own. It's been about a month and a half now and I've not received a single email letting me know how far my claim is, instead I need to use my resources to call in and deal with your agents who are rude and don't understand that your excessively long process causes frustrated clients. After a month and a half I'm not told that the lady dealing with the case, Malika, still has to go back and ask the client questions regarding the accident. What information did the client submit when making the claim if not all the details of the accident so that you can approve their claim? How did their claim get approved if you didn't have all the details of the accident? If I put in a complaint today, by the time I'm allowed to send this case to the Ombud, their 60 business days still would not have lapsed. What a joke.
****! They took our money and our geyser is still not working. Do not under any circumstances use their service. Poor customer service. **** artists!
