My husband went to his gp yesterday and was referred to his physician when they wanted to admit my husband Discovery did not want to approve and release at authorisation,now I’m sitting with a husband that’s not well and it not like there is not funds.What’s the reason paying medical aid on a monthly if you do not have access to it…which normal person would want to go to a gp or hospital if not ill
My ex husband has purchased something at Lewis stores..apparently he didn't pay for a few months..but they going around to my family and friends asking for his whereabouts whereas I told them I'm no longer in contact with him as he doesn't come forward for his son to..so why not try to find him via his work place or what so ever
I've been to my GP 5 Sep 2025 and was given a referral to see a Physician,immediately my GP has requested for a authorization number today is 10 Sep 2025 yet I have not received one as 'Discovery' requested an ECG from my GP to make a decision if I could see a Physician..Would my GP give me a referral if I did not need to see one I mean I've been paying my medical aid every month to get this or should one be on your death bed to be assisted,I could go via emergency but I refuse because why all this drama with Discovery in the first place.
I have 2 bookings,one for myself and one for my parents...Yes I received a discount for my as they are 55 and above yet I made the booking for 21 August 2025 to 25 August 2025 received a total until 24 August 2025 this is not my fault as the agent I was on a call with suppose to do his work correctly..email send and no response this is clearly not my first time there and wouldn't have chosen this place if we weren't comfortable but I feel this is a fault that needs to be corrected and at least compensated for an a way.
I'm highly disappointed in uber..As I requested a trip this morning for my son to school the total amount went off from my account but when he got to school he had to pay cash to what if I did not give him cash to keep on him.I then also requested a trip I wanted to edit the trip it didn't want to go edit then I was forced to cancel and had to pay cancelation fee.
Disappointing if you can't get hold of the customer to send then a whatsapp as that is personal yet you come to my house speaking to my neighbor and brother so I can you be trusted with my personal information
Highly disappointed in Melomed Mitchell's Plain,as my 15 year old son has been admitted which is still a minor and they not accommodating parents to be present with their kids especially with everything happening and the fact that my son has to go for test and ultrasounds all on his own,ths is just putrid.I feel that they definitely need to up their game as by law he will he or any other child are adults when they are at the age of 18 and the fact they we are paying it's not like this is a government hospital.
Highly disappointed in 2 of the staff members with their approach they had at the Pick n Pay Promenade store today,I mean in a shop that was filled to capacity at a till "10 or less items" as the cashier assumes I had more than 10 items in my trolley as if I can't read or not aware of that rules,I'm an adult and know what's right from wrong.To top it off I saw a ****roach on the rolls at the bakery section
So my son's 13 been admitted in an adult ward...for as far as I know 18 is an adult age in this country.13 yes a teen yet still a kid that needs their parent/s,they sick yet afraid and still placed between adult and with everything going on in the world from **** to kidnap us parents don't even have a say but to leave our kids in the care of nurse that we don't even know from a bar of soap it's so disappointing and disturbing that we can overnight with our kids because they don't accommodate it but we should pay and arm and leg.Yet we try to avoid government facilities but I feel like Melomed is becoming like government hospitals.
So 7 March 2022 my husband and I was informed that we qualify for credit we then purchased 2 beds which the 1 was in store,there was an agreement that they would call all other stores or order from their supplier.It's the 17th today and still no bed promises are made.Yet when it gets to month end the debit goes of for both and I only have 1 this is so ridiculous...For my first time with then we having a horrible experience and how does the sales assistant go through with it if there are no stock.I'm actually furious and all the keeping doing is to apologize for an inconvenience caused.
