I placed myself on debit review and court order was granted.During the processes of my debit review i missed few payments and Woolworths Financial Services terminated their contract with me beginning of thus year.For the past 5 years i paid them R56 000 and when they terminated i had a balance of R 11 000 now they handed me over to the collectors with the amount of R81 000.When i call and my counsellor communicates with them they are falling to explain to us why the balance.It is frustrating me becaude i am closer to finishing all my debts yet the want me to start a debt from scratch
I purchased a fridge online on the 26th Nov 2022 for my mother which was supposed to be delivered on the 3rd of Dec which it never happened.I was the one doing the follow up everyday and getting no feedback from different agents that i spoke to everyday.I then decided to cancel the order.Till today i have no confirmation if my order has been cancelled or not cause when i check online my order says active but one of their agents says that on their sytems is says cancelled but when i asked to get a confirmation via a text or email it never happened up until now.I have been calling like a crazy person everyday.Something doggy is happening at GAME that we are not aware as customers and we are taken for granted.I think their agents dont know what they are doing.I am so annoyed and frustrated.I need my money back
