Mega shift logistics disaster
If u need stress use this company.They picked my items in joburg 01/12 and no contract signed pertaining delivery and their logistics.i received my items on the 9/12 and when i enquire their consultant she was rude and showed me documents i didnt sign.Imagine sleeping on the floor for all these days cz i didnt take any belongings with me.Unfortunately my thing came but with items ******.My plastic with sneakers was open and i lost my white nike sneakers.So nje i will never use this courier again.Even that 1bi gave u is for my things that were delivered not the item that was ******. They will deliver when it suits them

Refund issue
I booked 2 tickets to Capetown on the 19th May to fly from OR Tambo to Capetown 23 June and back 25th June to OR Tambo. All tickets were paid but on my surprise 23th June on my way to Capetown i received an email that my 25th return ticket has been cancelled.To my surprise i tried to phone travelstart but i didnt get any positive answer instead they told me the flight has been rescheduled for a late time. After that telephonic call i received an email that i should provide them with my last ten numbers for my card for refund which i did immediately. Mind you now my vacation is spoiled with no return ticket. After i sent the numbers they told me its going to take 3 to 7 days for the refund. I had to borrow money to return back and from 23 June until today 07 July no refunds from this nonsense agent.Ive been writing emails and busy telling me 3 to 7 days but now its the 7th July from 23 June. I will never use travelstart again

FNB Connect
I went to fnb to openna new bank card.While i was opening the card the lady who helped me said i must do a new sim card fnb connect.Without telling me that they would be deducting money every month she said i must take a new sim card.I thought she is giving me the sim card for free only to find that she port my number to this nonsense fnb connect that is problematic without network.I then open my online banking and block the sim card.Will tgis contract be cancelled or i need to go inside the bank for assistance as i cant loose my number.If you want a peace o mind dont go for this fnb connect sim card...its nonsense with no network
