I am very unhappy with the service I received at Cedar Store Storage. On Saturday morning, I was told to go into the office, where they informed me that I could not access my storage unit because I supposedly owed R3,500. This was shocking, as I had already made the payment and even showed them proof. Despite presenting my proof of payment, the accountant did not bother to properly check it and instead locked me out immediately. This treatment feels unfair, unprofessional, and deeply disappointing. I feel betrayed, as if they are trying to **** me, and I cannot trust a company that handles customers in this way. I expected accountability and respect, but instead I was met with negligence and hostility.
