Betrayed and Locked Out by Cedar Store Storage
I am very unhappy with the service I received at Cedar Store Storage. On Saturday morning, I was told to go into the office, where they informed me that I could not access my storage unit because I supposedly owed R3,500. This was shocking, as I had already made the payment and even showed them proof. Despite presenting my proof of payment, the accountant did not bother to properly check it and instead locked me out immediately. This treatment feels unfair, unprofessional, and deeply disappointing. I feel betrayed, as if they are trying to **** me, and I cannot trust a company that handles customers in this way. I expected accountability and respect, but instead I was met with negligence and hostility.

Two Weeks Without Internet — Still Expected to Pay Full Price We’ve been without internet for two weeks, and Rain still expects us to pay the full monthly fee. I signed up for a month-to-month plan, but when I asked to cancel, they suddenly said I owe R1200 — with no clear explanation. How is that fair? The service has been unreliable, and the support is unhelpful. I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated. This is not how you treat customers.

horrible service i paid 430 for both DStv and DStv internet is still not connected after I paid I felt ******. now they demand I pay again 400 so all in all, it will be 800, I need some clarity.....not happy at all Multichoice is taking advantage of us.
