This review is for the Cape Town branch. Extremely professional and friendly service at Norwegian and Irish counters. Also at the reception on floor 8, and the collection counters. The only BIG negative was the entitled security guard who wouldn't let me collect my passport, supposedly because it was lunchtime, while it was within the hours provided to me. NO DECENT BUSINESS SHOULD USE A SECURITY GUARD AS AN OFFICIAL CONTROLLING ADMISSION ETC. (After I refused to turn around, she gave in, and five minutes later I had my passport.)
MTN's Whatsapp Chat is pathetic. Surely a tech company can use decent AI. Now they use a bot with a negatiewe IQ!
Of all technology companies in the world, MTN surely has (and always had) the worst website. I try to log in, but when there is no way. I have to use the reCAPTCHA, but it time and again expires because the sit is to slow. It has always been user unfriendly, they change to website continuously, and is remarkably successful in ensuring that the info you are looking for is hidden somewhere where you won't find it. You should for instance be able to find whether you are eligible for an upgrade on the MyMTN app, but it is not there. (Or very well hidden.) Pathetic!
