Good day I have requested Absa to cancel my insurance no one has bothered to call me about the cancellation
I have discovered a lump under my arm which is benign according to discovery I need to be diagnosed with cancer first before they act on removing this lump. They are not taking in consideration the pain I have to endure everyday and the possibilities that will affect my health due to this. I pay every month without fail medical aid but when it's time to get assisted Discovery comes with some many exclusion that are shocking for the rest of my life I have to live with this lump until I die according to discovery

THE PROGRANME HAD SO MANY ERRORS AND SPELLING MISTAKES WHEN I CALLED TO RECTIFY IT I WAS TOLD "YOU PEOPLE SUBMITTED THAT INFORMATION TO US LIKE THAT" HOW CAN A CLIENT BE REVERED TO AS YOU PEOPLE CLEARLY THERE IS NO RESPECT TOWARDS THE FAMILY OR ANY SYMPATY I WAS TOLD ITS A FRIDAY THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO I MUST PROCEED WITH PROGRAMMES THAT HAS SPEELING ERROR AND MISTAKES ON IT. PLEASE ADVICE ME WHO IS THE ONE THAT IS SUPPOSE TO READ AND RECITY SPELLINGS ON PROGRAMMES. I WAS SHOUTED AT AND WAS TOLD I SHOULD PRACTISE WHAT I PREACH WHEN I TOLD JOHAN TO STOP ADDRESSING ME AS YOU PEOPLE FROM THE MANAGER TO JOHN THEY SHOUTED ON THE PHONE EVEN RECORDED TO CONVESATION WHICH I CAN GLADLY SEND TO HEAR HOW A CUSTOMER IS TREAT AT THE BRITS BRANCH.
Good day Such great service that I received from Outsurance over the weekend my geyser was not warming up just one call a service provider was appointed in less than 15min I would like to thank Mpho in the rescue department and the service provider for the awesome service deliver.
I got a call from an assessor on Friday to advise that water damage on the car is caused due to wear and tear as the battery was leaking fluid. No diagnostic check was done on the vehicle and I told him on Friday compile a report on your finding until now nothing has been said after I advised him to take the vehicle to Auto Body in Brits to advise why the vehicle was cutting when y mom drove it. From last week Tuesday the veh has been at Smd no response what so ever or any update to my mom. I will be approaching Osti regarding this claim as it was said on Friday its not a covered peril wear and tear with no diagnostic check was done.
Can someone please explain to me how my loan amount got to R60k, how can interest cumulate from R1080 to R1800 in just a month. I called the call center to get a number linked to an account. I was out through to capitec connect when I got there only to be told they cant link such they transfer me back to the call center agent the person. that answered the line said they will put me through to capitec connect. Really is that how you train the staff to keep bouncing clients around am calling with my own airtime. Capitec staff are really not well trainet customer service is something that they not delivering.

Its been a week since I wrote to hellopeter and Brenda rep**** stating they will look in the matter of my claim the whole week nobody cared to call me about my claim nor update me on what happening. My bathroom has no tiles must it stay like that for the whole year or when as you *********** people decide to take my claim serious. Should I not receive a call by Monday to sort out my claim so help I will approach Osti on how you treat client a simple claim like that must be sorted out in days mine is dragging for almost a month
I have lodged a claim for leaking pipe no one id bothering themselves to check if the Sp did the work or not. Am sitting with a bath room with no tiles Should this claim not be finalized by end of Wednesday I will rather take my business else were. I have it pathetic that minor claims like leaking pipe takes over 3 weeks.
