Capitec funeral policy let down
its two days before the funeral and the funds have not been received? how long is 48hours can someone please clarify??? the frustration of it all, we have been to the bank everyday this week and we keep getting the same response but zero funds?

Pick n Pay Jackal Creek
Never have I been so disrespected by a cashier!!! I went to Pick n Pay Jackal Creek just now to buy bread, coke and snacks total R50,97... get to the till and I'm short of R0.97... after changing coke sizes and swiping a smart shopper, my things total to about R47... (Side bar - Both coke sizes cost the same amount??? ). anyway as the cashier is giving me my change she says: "Don't come to Pick n Pay with short cash."... I proceed to ask her what she means by that. Her response threw me!!!! "no all I'm saying is that Pick n Pay is not like Shoprite and U-Save... Pick n pay is expensive... Pick n Pay and Spar... Very expensive" First of all... what makes her think I've even set foot in the above mentioned establishments???? So at face value she concluded that I'm short because this is my first time in a Pick n Pay store??? when in actual fact, i do most of my shopping at Pick n Pay. I'm very offended, her job is to scan ring, up, accept cash, give change and keep her judgements to herself (word vomit on a cashier or anyone who works with people is disgusting and is a reflection of bad management and training on the organizations part). Pick n Pay Staff should learn etiquette!
