Five star rating for a fire star service provider. Have always been prompt to respond and resolve issues far more promptly than other service providers dealt with in the past.

Shrinkflation - Very disappointing for a great product!
SHRINK FLATION. Where a full PnP standard 12 cup cake baking tray would accommodate a packed of Snowflake "too fresh to flop easy mix - ****in mix" we are now only able to obtain 8 out of the 12 cups on the tray. Very disappointing and all for ensuring that the marketing targets are met. This will be the last time I invest in this product, which is a fantastic product and has served the community well for a number of years.

Excellent Service
My order was not able to be fulfilled due to supplier shortages. I was immediately contacted telephonically, the issue was expediently resolved and thought the process I was constantly kept informed. My order was fulfilled with in the week. Thank-you for excellent customer service.
