I would like to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude to the manager at Woolworths Café Wilkoppies, Mami Ramoshaba, for her friendliness, professionalism, and exceptional care towards my mother today. Thank you for going the extra mile by preparing my mother’s coffee in a takeaway cup and serving it on a plate. This made it much easier for her, as she is 84 years old, uses a walker, and struggles to hold a porcelain coffee cup. I would also like to thank Karabelo Kutlwano Dhlamini for the great service today—it is truly appreciated. Keep up the excellent work. Both of you are valuable assets to Woolworths. I would also like to extend my appreciation to Dr Oosthuizen, Orthopaedic Surgeon, and Dr D Kapp, Anaesthetist, for their professionalism and compassionate care. Your efforts are truly valued, and you are both a great asset to the Klerksdorp community.

Please stay the people you are. Thank you also to Tashlynn Malambo from Tsebo Cleaning Company. Your friendliness and the way you cleaned the room were contagious. You are an asset to the company. I do not know the chef in the kitchen, but the food was great, especially the fish. Thank you all for your hard work and dedication.
Thursday, 19 March 2026 I was admitted to Lenmed Wilmedpark Hospital at 15:00. At 22:30 I received my medication. My legs needed to be dressed and properly bandaged, but this did not happen. On Friday morning before 07:00, my doctor came to see me. He was very disappointed and asked again that the dressing please be app****. The doctor then asked me to inform him if it had not been done by 10:00, which I had to do because it still had not been done. The doctor then had to call the hospital and once again request that it be done. At 10:45, they finally started carrying out the doctor’s instructions. Lenmed Wilmed, as one of the top hospitals, you really need to review your service to patients. Medical aids pay a significant amount of money to ensure that we as patients receive the best possible care. Thank you, Dr PJ Pienaar, for who you are and for being an excellent doctor. Also, thank you to Dr Eldie Pienaar, who stood in on Sunday.
Called Roman's Pizza Wilkoppies Klerksdorp at 18:07. Gentleman informed me that the Pizza will take +-20 minutes Arrived at Roman's at 18:40. No Pizza. Order was only placed at 18:40. Unacceptable service. Spoke to Gustav, francise manager. Informed me we need to get an order number when call. This was not provided to us. Please give the necessary and proper training to your staff. Thus is not the 1st time this happens. Never we received an order number. The staff alway just ask for your telephone number. Gustav give the person calling you a change to speak. I will shout if you don't give me a chance to speak.

We want to say a BIG THANK YOU for Outsurance for the awsome service received after an accident we had on 28 August 2020. Specifically thank you to Koketso Monyela and Tebogo Phiri. Thank you for the professional service. Thank you for the care and empathy from day one. Thank you for arranging and delivering of the rental car at our door. When I received an email that our car is going to be replaced (not an year old) after it was written off I was in tears. Thank you for all the arrangements with VW, it is valued.
