got 11 box of milk. again heat up 2 min in microwave and thick and sour cream. whole box doing that. second box got sour milk smell. who is going to replace the money. cant remember who was supplier. this is just so frustrated . production was june 2024 and bb date is only 30/5/2025 please check is code is def off DFL3 08:40:46 021898. ITS BEYOND DISCUSSTING MILK. DONT BUY THIS BRAND. I WANT REFUND ON MY MILK AND PLEASE FETCH THE STUFF FROM SINOVILLE PRETORIA ASAP. CANT WAIT TO HEAR FROM YOU ON THIS ISSUE PLEASE.

Monday they delivered half my stock at wrong company. Dont even realize it. Rep fetched my stock and delivered to me. Tuesday luckily I received the rest of stock. Tuesday they needed to deliver another order from different company. No luck in getting my order. Phone on Wednesday morning to find out my stock was misplaced again and they are looking for the stock. Now I have to travel twice to same customer to delivered costing me money and unhappy customer. Upgraded online last day of promotion 23rd aug. Agent guarantee its valid for r4000 voucher for galaxy ear buds (deal was for pre-order). received phone (delivered at home) 25 aug. Since then no joy in getting voucher. Sent emails and got vodacom to sent all paperwork via email to them.got 3 ref nrs so far.lady phoned last wednesday.confirmed i will get voucher before friday. Just another week of nothing. No answer or replies to any email. NO VOUCHER. Why not then sent me the ear buds of r3999 that was part of deal???Can samsung please pay back my care deal of r499. Please fetch phone and cancel upgrade deal.
