No technical support for 23 DAYS

Terrrible Support, Constant Dropping and Slow Speeds
Tired of waiting for service requests to be honoured. I've been waiting since Tuesday for someone to contact me about the constant dropping of my connection, which directly effects my work. I reach out and I'm greeted with a AI bot which knows nothing, and I keep being told that it "looks fine" when none of my devices end up being able to connect. It's not fine. So when I eventually, after 1 week! of trying to reach someone and get a ticket number, STILL no-one contacts me! 46165786

A massive shout out to Shania for assisting me with a product that was no longer available on their website. After checking stock and confirming there were two items available, Shania kept them aside for me until payment could be made. What a pleasure to deal with her :)

I've never had a problem with the items or delivery service when it comes to Pet Heaven. Their scheduled orders also help remind me that it's almost time to top up on my puppers food and treats. Would 100% recommend.

Fastest delivery and excellent communication
If I could give an extra star I would - I placed an order and before I looked again it was already packed and being collected by the courier. Delivery happened so quickly and efficiently, I hardly had time to get excited over my new book :) I will definitely be purchasing from them again.

No way to communicate / lodge a complaint
I've been trying to log in to the website, as well as call, to lodge a complaint around Telkom. How on earth is someone supposed to be able to successfully reach someone who can assist them?

Pet Heaven CTN
Really love the range of items they have on offer, which includes a range of prices that suit whatever your budget it. The delivery driver is so pleasant and always packs the dog food in the garage for us so we don't have to lug it around. My border collie loves to say hi to him when he has a delivery for us.

Takealot refuses to answer why it's taken more than 32 DAYS to issues a REFUND
Utter thievery and nonsense from their side. I had 2 power banks taken in for review on the 1st February - 32 days ago! I can't get a straight answer from them around why it's taking so long. I've tried escalating it but now they are no longer bothering to reply! I want my money back. Who's to say what's happened to my units while they have been out of my possession. REFUND.

Zero communication on Refund and Credit of R20k!
Zero communication on refunds. I've been having to keep requesting an update and it's been two weeks since I requested two refunds.
