Bad service all-round
Very fast to answer the sales line but any other line technical, accounting never seem to be answered canceled via email with confirmation and was just ignored and then charged again tried calling just put on hold and disconnected numuras times the alleged 100/100 line does not even operate at 1mb a second especially at night

So far no good
So they suspend the account for no reason. The fix it now it's off again so far only problems with this company and on top of that when some one in the house is downloading nothing else works. Your kidding this is how we experience them for the first time what the hell

Rain... rain of incompetence
Rain so there adds are data that just keeps going but thus far all that has been going on and on is there incompetence and lack of support or feed back of any sort been trying to rica for a week now and nothing then I ask for a refund and they still have not done it or even contacted me with any info
