My MAKRO order was not delivered and I received an SMS from the Wumdrop driver at 19:47 on 12/05/2025 that he is on route, when I called him he advised that it was too late to deliver the order and unsafe. I later received an SMS indicating my order was delivered. Charles the driver did not even contact me and now I've paid for my order and I have not received it. This is theft! OD43471096039397100
I delivered my baby through Cesarean on 09/03/2022 and was discharged on 12/03/2022. The head nurse from the Jasmine maternity ward contacted me on 06/05/2023 and advised me that the nurse on duty was not sure if she had given my baby the BCG vaccine even though it was recorded on his vaccine chart. The nurse was forgetful and assumed that she had given my baby the vaccine. She apologized profusely but her actions were negligent.
I contacted Dotsure last month to change my banking details. The agent advised me that this will be implemented however on the 30th, a debit order from my old account was done. I had to pay for this debit order and thus also caused me financial inconvenience. I called thrice today, today; the first time agents were unavailable as they were busy on calls. The other two times I was directed to the incorrect department where nobody could assist me. I asked to speak to a manager however I was advised that this could not be done!
I ordered a Galaxy A32 on 14/05/2021 and paid R4995.00 for the phone. I was sent an sms that I would receive my phone today. I received a package and it was a charger, defenatily not the product that I purchased. I spoke to an agent from Takealot and he advised that they are investigating... I require the phone as Takealot has inconvenienced me! My order number is 87651237
Pria Govender from the Pavillion branch in KZN was very delightful and always on the ball. She provided me with excellent customer service and was professional at all times. She went through great lengths to ensure that I received value for money. She is a reliable person and always contacted me as promised with an update.
Poor customer service experience from the Afrihost Fibre department. There was an issue since Monday 19/04/2021 and it was resolved yesterday at 5pm. Today at 09:10 whilst I was in a Teams meeting, the internet stopped working. I called and spoke to Refilled Mogatwe and advised about the disconnections and she advised that there was a fault with the network. I asked if I could speak to a manager and she advised that Warren Lawrence would contact me on the mobile number that I provided her within 30 minutes. Nobody called. I called again at 11:14 and spoke to Mandla Chonge and he advised that there is a network problem and the team is working on it. He could not provide me with an ETA and I asked to speak to his manager, but the manager was always busy and could not take my call or call me back. I was on the call for more than 45 minutes. I still have no connection and the customer service is extremely poor. AFRIHOST does not value me as a customer and this has caused me and my family extreme inconvenience as my husband and I work from home. False promises, poor customer service and NO SERVICE DELIVERY! I pay for a service timeously every month which is not being delivered. This is unacceptable and I want answer's.

Mr Delivery KFC Bedford Centre is late with my delivery for the second time. I'm waiting for my food since 11:55 and it has not arrived as yet!
The customer service was wonderful until I did not receive my deposit. I've sent an e-mail on 21/10/2020 and I did not receive feedback.
