On 19.01.2024 I bought a hisense 32l airfreyer from Macro online.The add said ' mote for lessBuy a Hisense 32l airfreyer plus a 5.2l airfreyer for R2499. Saving R1500'. Macro only delivered the 32l airfreyer. I phoned the customer service department and was informed that I cannot get the offer because my airfreyer comes from a 3red party vendor. I asked him to check and the add does not say only instore he then put the phone down while I was still speaking to him.I phoned again and another call center operator assisted me and said she will log a call. This is false advertising, I would not have bought the airfreyer if not for the promotion
I played on spinaway casino and won 4000,I wanted to wirhdraw my winnings and according to the rules they needed to verify my details. They ask for proof of address, Id and proof of payment. This should be easy and straight forward.... Wrong they do not accept the South African green bar code Id because it does not have an expire date, they also rejected my valid drivers lisence because my full names is not on my drivers lisence... They also rejected my 3 months bank statements.... No documents you send will be accepted because they dont want to action your withdrawls....
Still waiting for feedback since 24 July 2020.They promised feedback on Hellopeter on the 28th of August... Nothing yet... They decided to ignore me. Today alone I phoned 5 times and 5 times I get I different story. Store and headoffice is both trying to shift the blame between them... Headoffice told me they fixed the order on their side I must sort it out with Alberton Makro stores. Store say I must phone headoffice because they have not approve my correction yet, when I phone the call centre later I was told nothing was done.....DONT BUY FROM THEM
Order MAK2658971 Bought online 25July 2020,still no delivery. Phone and follow up with them but they alway give me the same feedback... They will have to ask feedback from the query resolve team...last week I phoned again and the call centre agent said the reason for the delay is because they are out of stock... But I see that Makro is still advertising the same item that are out of stock????? Today I phoned again but this time around I was informed ones again that they will have to escalate my query. This is been going on for more than a month.... Not been resolved at all
