You guys reached out to my mother and informed her that you were a debt assistance agency and that you would be able to assist her settle her outstanding credit. The amount spoken about was R685 per month, you guys gave her a contract to fill in but the crazy thing is you guys debited R685 last month and R3000 this month but she never signed the contract, she never gave you guys authorization so you guys *******ly took money out of her account for 2 months. The other thing I wanted to raise is that you guys debited R2500 this month, besides you guys *******ly debiting her funds from her account you guys decided to now debit R2500 which is R1815 more than the amount you proposed to her. What you guys are doing is ******* and I need this matter resolved before we get legal counsel
I want to commend City Property on a speedy and personal customer service experience that exceeded expectations. I wrote a review a couple of days ago and the next day I received a call from someone asking me about my experience and then informed me they would get it sorted for me and true to their word it was sorted. I completed my short course in IT Service Delivery Management over 2 months ago and ordered a physical copy of my certificate in addition to the digital copy. I was informed that I would receive the certificate within 28 days and so I waited, after 30 days I contacted them as I hadn’t received any communication that would indicate my certificate was on its way to me and I was so disappointed when I was met by robots that passed off as humans. I thought maybe this is how they do things and informed them about my issue, the reply was that they would re-send my certificate and I would have to wait another 28 days, I waited for 30 days again and I still haven’t received any form of communication from them. It is quite clear that I have been ****med by this institution and I would advise anyone looking to study through to just save their money and look at another institution as this is just going to be a waste of time and money.
I would seriously advise anyone against going for Rise. Ever since this awful service was installed I have literally never went a full week with a stable connection, every 2 days there seems to be a problem and the amount of time you have to wait to get feedback is unbelievably long. Their support team is very unmotivated and personally doesn’t seem to care much about your frustration, you will call numerous times and your call will always go in unanswered, it has been 6 months now and I still have never had a phone call answered. Then next you will try an email or WhatsApp and if you think this will make things quicker then you’re mistaken because you will see that whoever it is is online but they will flat out ignore you messages for hours on end, 6 hours later you get a message asking no if you had been assisted. I have been a resident of city property for 7 years and I seriously don’t understand why they would want to associate themselves with such a company. If I could give a rating less than 1 star then I definitely would.
I recently had transactions that were processed and the money sent to my bank account from an online vendor but the full amount of money wasn’t deposited into my bank acc. I contacted the vendor and they confirmed that the funds were sent from their side to my acc and gave me an ARN/RRN and told me to provide it to my bank and they would be able to trace the transactions and figure out what happened. I have been calling the customer service contact centre since Monday trying to get assistance and whenever I do get hold of someone they always direct me to another department and after waiting for long periods of times all the departments I keep getting redirected to keep telling me that they’re not the right department to talk to about this issue and that I should contact customer service. This is a continuous cycle that has been happening 3 times EVERY SINGLE DAY. I decided to send an email 3 days ago to the complaints department explaining my issue hoping that someone would be able to direct me to the correct department or person to contact but I didn’t even receive an email acknowledging receiving my complaint, you guys just ignored me. I have since sent 3 follow up emails but I still haven’t received any word whatsoever. The funny thing about all this is there was an issue with my payment for my credit card and I was unable to pay R97,00 but I have been called about 5 times in the last 3 days and received MULTIPLE smses and emails. It really surprises me that when I have an issue that requires your assistance you guys ignore me but for a mere R97,00 I get hounded endlessly. I am really not happy with the service I have received.
I was unable to pay my installment for the month of May because of personal issues so I was debited twice by Telkom on 28-06-2021 as expected. My account was locked by Telkom before they took their money but it's still locked till this day. I have tried contacting their customer service but there is no direct line and I have to use an online chat and their service there is awful as they always tell me that they have escalated my issue and it should be resolved in the next 5 hours, they have been doing this since last week Thursday. The worst part about this whole situation is I am unable to make any calls and to top of it off I received an invoice yesterday telling me that I am now suddenly 3 months behind with my payment. I have always been loyal to Telkom and paid my bills on time and the fact that they are doing this really hurts and angers me because I don't ever give them any issues with payments but they are now treating me like I don't matter.
My Virgin Active account was handed over and I agreed for SSDA to debit the amount until the account was paid up, I finished paying in 4 months but SSDA is still debuting my account although they tell me that the account is back with Virgin Active. I called then and told them what happened and they asked me to get an affidavit as well as provide my ID and bak statement, I did all that and got an email by a lady called Zanele Gladness Nxumalo. She told me that my request was being sent to the finance department and they would get back to me but it has been 2 weeks now and still no word. I am very unsatisfied with the service and would like to get my money back
Last night at around 20:45, an hour before closing time, I made an online order at Steers - Sunnyside for 2 Big Bacon King Steer Meals valued at a total of R219. I didn't get any communication from the store regarding the delivery besides an sms saying my order has been received, 30 minutes later I called and was told that the delivery man was on his way and all I could was the employees laughing and shouting in the background. I waited another 30 minutes before calling again and at this point I had been waiting for 1 hour and 30 minutes for my order but my call was ended from the restaurant's side. We never received any update from Steers - Sunnyside regarding our order and was so disappointed that I paid my hard-earned money without hesitation but when it was time for Steers to deliver they treated me like I was nothing and really showed me that they don't care for their customers as much as they do. I am deeply disappointed
I have a listing for SIAS ADMINISTRATION that is affecting my credit report in a very negative way, this was opened on the 26th of September 2019 and I have been waiting for Outsurance to do something without success.
