Disgusting and unacceptable service from the Centurion branch. We bought some furniture from them on the 9th of October 2021, including 2 Wingback chairs that were to be made and delivered within 6 weeks. The other furniture was delivered. However, to date we have had to make call after call to the store and have been given excuse after excuse ranging from supply issues to the absence of the right person who deals with the matter. To date i have not had resolve and am on the verge of laying a charge of theft against the store.
I paid up my Woolworths Credit card months ago, I even left a bit of an overpayment in the account just in case there were and admin fees or costs that they required to cancel my credit card facility. I then went to the Woolworths store in the V&A waterfront as they have a Woolworths Financial Services section there. They were unable to close the credit card facility for me but got hold of the WFS people on the phone for me and I went through a painstaking 45 minutes with them trying to cancel my facility. This didn't help as i was then told to wait a day or two and try again. I then called them a few days later and again went through the process on the phone to try and cancel the Credit Card facility. Eventually i was told by the lady on the phone that the credit card facility was in fact cancelled and I was not to worry any further. That was a blatant lie or incompetence once again by them as kept on getting daily balance updates. I see now that they have again charged facility fees and now I am AGAIN in the red on the account ....!! As far as I am concerned, Woolworths Financial Services are a joke and a from my experience, untrustworthy and inept as a financial institution and should not be operating if they can not even perform a simple function as closing an account. I have no faith in an institution that has, in my experience, taken money from me for no reason. But I doubt I will even get a response here as it seems like Woolworths does indeed NOT care about their customers.
Amazing game lodge and amazing staff all round. Service was impeccable and strict Covid-19 protocols at all time was observed. from the moment you are greeted by all the staff waiting to receive you at the front door, through the game drives, bush boma braai, very clean facilities, to the time to depart where all the staff are again seeing you off, what a precious memory experience. Special thanks to Daan the farm manager who knows everything there is to know about the area and the wildlife, and Raffa our very experienced guide who would spot even the smallest animal from a distance. This place is well worth booking out for a few evenings for the family or group of friends. And its situated in Dinokeng, still in Gauteng.... Just over an hours' drive from Midrand.
Pathetic service. Over a month ago my processor unit gave error readings and overheated. The Superior Spa & Bath service team came to my house and said that they will have to order a new unit. I asked them to please contact me as soon as they received the unit. I heard nothing from them and called them a week later (their Randburg branch). The person on the phone then said that I had to wait 2 weeks for a unit as they had no stock and were only then ordering the part. They promised to call me back within the 2 weeks. 2 weeks later I still had not heard anything from them and called them again. Their excuse then was that the supplier was no longer trading and that they had ordered a part from a local supplier who were now making these units. I then told them that they must please call me by this Wednesday (yesterday) and give me at least an update. They never called back as it seems that follow-up service is not part of their brand. I will never recommend Superior Spa & Bath to anybody who is looking to purchase a spa from them as it seems that their post-sale service is non-existent.

Fast and efficient service from the moment I enquired online to the first call a few minutes later to the process and receipt of the documents I requested well within 7 working days.
