Reliable Store is an unreliable for doing business
I communicated with Primrose, the Team Leader, regarding the long delay of my online purchase. At first, she promised delivery within 10-20 business days, then she added another 10-20 business days, but lately she is not responding to my enquiries anymore. Judging from the reports on hellopeter, this is a company with a poor track record that should be reported and avoided for business.

From a user's perspective
Any product is only as good as the after sales service and user information it offers its clients. This is especially true of multimedia equipment that is rich in features and the latest technology. I found it disappointing that my SmartNavi did not come with a User Manual to explain the multitude of functions and settings available on the unit. I also expected the vendor, or installation technician, to be more forthcoming with advice and user information. I confess to be a demanding customer. When I returned with my questions and snag list after the first week of use, I found Messrs SmartMultimedia most accommodating to listen and help me with my queries. Please allow me to thank Kobus, the senior technicain, personally for taking time to introduce me to many of the functions and settings I never knew existed. He is extremely kind and knowledgeable. The SmartNavi is a high-end product that is both attractive and rich in features. It is only useful, however, to those who know how to operate it and know what it can do.

Openserve Uncapped 10/10 Mbps Fibre contract
Webafrica is a disgrace and their Openserve Uncapped 10/10 Mbps Fibre contract not what they suposedly advertise! These were the unfortunate surprises I was in for: The installer did not honor any of our appointments and the installation was untidy and unprofessional. When I experienced connectivity problems, the "friendly bot" could not assist and it was IMPOSSIBLE to get any other attention. A day after the installation was done, I received an official surprise notification of a R100/month price increase on my brand new R399/month contract (while the R399 deal continues to be advertised on Webafrica's website!!??) Webafrica is a huge disappointment!!
