Attitude and bad service

I am disgusted in the service received on Friday I went over to Cesco s Randburg to meet a friend yes it was busy I waited a bit didn’t get service so I walked up to a waiter and asked and got a response no don’t talk to me there after saw the manager and asked if I may get some service he said no he is busy. Is this a racial thing I get it’s a white South African place and yes it was mainly white South Africans in there but that’s not how you treat customers I go there because I enjoy the food and vibe but I’m sorry it’s time to name and shame
