I would not recommend anyone to use IWYZE. Always find a way not to pay the claim.
My claim was declined due to non disclosure of any defaults after 8 months with them, they lead me on as if they’ve checked all my credits but only to check it only when i have a claim, which are irrelevant to what I’m seeking services for. Never missed any payments but they worried about people i didn’t pay.

Spending services, prompt and user friendly. Best tracker i can recommend for anyone who wants to be in control of their vehicle anywhere.

Bad manager
I booked for two nights which i stayed one, i spoke to a lady called Mandy. She seemed friendly at first and told her since i won’t be staying another night my colleague is actually in bloem when done he will be coming this side instead of me moving the dates I gave her the keys even wrote down the name. When my colleague arrived i called her to open the gate, she didn’t even give me a chance to finish my sentence and she told me she is fully booked and my colleague is booked for the following day and she will be sending this call cause there’s nothing she can do and didn’t even want to listed telling me im the one who said she must move the dates. I told Mandy I’m so disappointed in her level of disrespect towards me as a client even asked her if she talks to all her clients rudely so, i was told we will refund you. Mandy is so RUDE AND ARROGANT i just don’t see myself or my friend coming to book there, i just hope she is the owner of the business because wow

Worse service ever
I booked a bus for 21:30 leaving beach front, i had to taxify to Durban station to catch a bus soon arrival still there was no bus people for a 20:30, 21:00 21:30 that’s me and 22:00 people were still there non has left. Called all apm numbers non got picked up. The lady at the desk was overwhelmed as to she didn’t know what to say or do anymore. Finally we left Durban station at 23:19 worst experience ever Mr Tumisang Kgaboesele ceo of the company must be fans on or get competent people to service the customers because this is not on

True Mafia style, always have a reason not to pay
Worse shortfall insurance company one can take. I mean how can you give a size to scratch and if it exceeds the size given your claim is rejected i mean whats the purpose of signing up with them
