Bad service/Bad quality Jurita bakery

On this day 15 August 2020 we were disrespected and disregarded by the jurita bakery staff and management. We bought a cake from the shop an hour before then we returned it because the cream was not fresh and the sponge was rock hard. We tried getting a refund or another fresh cake and we were insulted and called "pieces of ****" and "***s"
