We purchased an AEG oven and Microwave oven last year which were fitted in January this year and are extremely disappointed with both items and the dreadful service we have received from AEG. The microwave has not worked since 9th February and the oven makes a loud s****ping noise when used. We have made numerous online bookings for the service engineer to come and rectify but they all appear to be incompetent as none of the issues have been resolved. 1st call out was 9th February, confirming a visit on 17th February. Problem not resolved. 2nd service call arranged on 16th Feb for 23rd February and the problem was not resolved. 3rd service call made on 22nd February with engineer call out on 2nd March. Problem not resolved. 4th service call arranged on 22 March confirming call out on 26 March. Problem not resolved. 5th service call arranged on 26th March confirming call out on 6th April. Technician failed to turn up!!!! The service from AEG is totally unacceptable. Even though we have made a formal compliant through their online service, no one from AEG has bothered to make contact with us. The product and service is shocking!!!Outraged.
Don't use this company. They are brokers who are not at all interested in providing any assistance to their customers. They take your money and hand the parcel over to a courier and when the parcel does not arrive at its destination they do nothing to assist. They wash their hands of their responsibility. They don't read emails properly and respond by saying contact the courier. A parcel was collected from the UK on 13th July 2020 for delivery in South Africa. It is now the 29th July and the parcel has still not reached its destination. Parcelhero have done nothing to help with the delivery of the parcel and keep referring us to FEDEX to whom they sub-contacted. Trying to get hold of FEDEX in Johnannesburg has also been very difficult as they dont answer their phones. DONT USE PARCELHERO!!!
